Rental Term
Your contract will feature a short minimum term depending on where you live - no more than 5 months. After the minimum term, you may terminate at any time by returning the equipment to us.
Ownership Option
Complete your lease and you own it!
Repairs
During your contract, you are never on the hook to pay for equipment that isn't working like it should. If you are having issues with your product, give us a shout and we will either repair or replace it quickly.
Cancellation Fee
$0 - No cancellation fee after your minimum term is complete
Return Shipping Fee
$0 - If you need to return equipment to us because you no longer want it, or if it needs to be repaired, we will cover shipping costs.
15-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, drop your equipment off with the carrier within 15 days of the day you receive it, in the same condition it was shipped to you. We'll cover return shipping and refund all payments you've made within 10 days of receiving the equipment.
Condition
All of our equipment is brand new unless you are shopping in our previously leased sections. We are very clear about this because no one wants to get stuck with pre-owned stuff when they think they're getting something new.
