Overview

This policy covers both lease-to-own (LTO) / rent-to-own (RTO) agreements (terms used interchangeably) and outright purchases (OP) made through NCG. NCG underwrites, services, and manages all LTO/RTO agreements in-house; no third-party lenders or servicers are used.

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (All Orders)

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 15 days of receipt, and NCG will pay for return shipping:

  • LTO/RTO: Refund of all rental payments paid to date.
  • Outright Purchase (OP): Refund of the full purchase price paid.

Refunds are issued after NCG receives and inspects the equipment. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all components and accessories. Excessive damage, missing parts, or modifications may result in reasonable deductions or denial.

Lease-to-Own / Rent-to-Own (LTO/RTO)

LTO/RTO agreements are consumer lease-purchase arrangements governed by applicable state statutes. They are not loans, credit sales, or financing under federal lending laws.

  • Ownership: NCG retains title until you complete the lease or exercise an early purchase option.
  • Early Purchase Option: Available at any time per your lease agreement.
  • Right to Cancel After Minimum Term: You may cancel your lease after completing any required minimum term specified in your lease and applicable state law. To cancel, notify NCG and return the equipment in good working condition. NCG covers return shipping. Once received by NCG, your future payment obligation ends immediately. Previously paid rental payments are not refundable (except under the 15-day satisfaction guarantee above).
  • Servicing: All billing and servicing are handled directly by NCG; no third-party servicers.

Outright Purchases (OP)

  • Title Transfer: Title passes to you upon delivery.
  • 15-Day Guarantee: Return within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price; NCG pays return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@nocompromisegaming.com or call (888) 308-0318.
  2. Provide your order number or lease ID and the reason for return.
  3. We’ll send a prepaid return label and packing instructions.

After receipt and inspection, refunds typically post within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (lease refunds apply to rental payments made).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Redeemed digital goods (e.g., software licenses, game codes).
  • Items returned with tampered/removed serials or severe damage beyond normal use.
