This application is for a lease agreement with Bearington Holdings, LLC DBA No Compromise Gaming.

To submit an application, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• A valid phone number
• A valid email address
• A verifiable source of income
• A credit or debit card in your name

By submitting the application, you agree to the following:

(1) This application is not for a credit, financing or loan transaction
(2) Not all applications will be approved
(3) You authorize Bearington Holdings, LLC DBA No Compromise Gaming to obtain and use consumer reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies in connection with your application and the servicing of your account
(4) You authorize Bearington Holdings, LLC DBA No Compromise Gaming to obtain and use data from third-parties in connection with your application and the servicing of your account
(5) We may require additional documentation to verify your information and/or prevent fraud
(6) If your application is approved, we may still disallow transactions that do not adhere to our Terms of Service
(7) You are signing the application electronically, and your electronic signature is the equivalent of your written signature on the application
(8) You certify that all information provided is true and subject to verification

This payment plan is designed for people who are paid on the same two days of each month (for example, the 1st and the 15th of each month). If you select this option, we will work with you to make sure that your due dates are always on the same two days of each month.
