Do I need a code?
No. Add any gaming PC or laptop to your cart on Oct 6 or 7 and the headset is added as a free item. If you don’t see it, call us at (888) 308-0318 and we’ll send it separately.
Do I have to sign my lease by Oct 7?
No. Place your order on Oct 6 or 7, then sign your lease agreement whenever you’re ready. The headset ships once it’s signed. Orders that are cancelled or never signed don’t get a headset.
Does it work on custom builds and laptops?
Yes. Any new lease on a gaming PC or laptop qualifies, ready-to-ship or custom. Accessory-only orders don’t qualify.
When does the headset arrive?
It ships separately from our retail partner after your lease agreement is signed, so it may arrive before or after your PC.
I’m already approved. Do I apply again?
No. Approvals are good for 90 days. If yours is still active, pick a rig and go straight to checkout.
I already have a lease with NCG. Can I get one?
The headset comes with a new lease agreement, limit one per customer. It can’t be added to an existing agreement.
What if I return my PC?
If you cancel your agreement or return your PC for a refund after the headset has shipped, you keep the headset and $99.99 is deducted from your refund. If you cancel before you sign, the headset never ships.
What if it sells out?
It’s while supplies last. If the headset is unavailable, we’ll send an item of equal or greater value.
