What kind of billing cycles are available?
We offer bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payments in order to allow customers to line their payments up with their pay days.
Can I change my plan later?
Our billing team is able to adjust due dates and payment cycle if you get a new job. Be aware that a major shift in dates may require a prorated payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Generally we are able to cancel an order before it has been shipped, once the cancellation has been confirmed the charge will be refunded. If an order is unable to be cancelled before it is shipped, we have a 15 day return for refund period available from the date the items arrive.
Can I change an order after it's been placed?
We are unable to modify the specifications of an order after it has been placed. The order would need to be cancelled and a new one would need to be placed.
How does billing work?
Our sales team will discuss your pay days on a brief phone call. We will line up your due dates alongside your pay days.
How do I change my account email?
For customers already leasing, they can reach out to our billing team by email or phone to update any personal information.
