Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: June 1, 2026

No Compromise Gaming ("NCG," "we," "us") lets you sign in to your account using Continue with Facebook. This page explains what data we receive through that connection and how you can request its deletion. It applies specifically to information obtained via Facebook Login. For how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.

What we receive from Facebook

When you choose to sign in with Facebook, we receive your email address, which we use to create and identify your No Compromise Gaming account. We do not receive or store your Facebook password, and we do not post to your Facebook account.

Step 1: Remove the connection in Facebook

To stop Facebook from sharing any further information with us, disconnect the app on Facebook's side:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & PrivacySettings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites.
  3. Find No Compromise Gaming in your list of connected apps.
  4. Select it and click Remove.

Disconnecting stops future data sharing but does not, by itself, delete the data we already hold. To request that, follow Step 2.

Step 2: Request deletion of the data we hold

Email us at sales@nocompromisegaming.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the name and email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

What happens next depends on whether you have applied for financing with us — see below.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion of eligible data within 30 days. If we need more time or cannot fully complete the request, we will tell you why.

What we delete and what we keep

If you only created an account. If you signed in with Facebook and created an account but never submitted a financing application, we will delete your account and the personal information associated with it. Disconnecting in Facebook (Step 1) together with this request fully removes you from our systems.

If you applied for financing. If you have submitted a financing application — whether it was approved or declined — we retain your application and account records. As a consumer financing company, we are legally required to keep records of credit applications and the decisions made on them, and these records are necessary to operate our business and to respond to regulatory inquiries. In this case we will remove your Facebook sign-in connection, but your application record remains, as required by law.
