What's the condition of these PCs?
Every previously leased PC goes through our 50-point inspection process. We test all components, replace anything that doesn't meet our standards, and professionally clean each unit. The condition is listed on each product page (Excellent, Very Good, or Good).
Do previously leased PCs have a warranty?
Yes! Previously leased PCs include the same full warranty and repair coverage as new builds. If anything fails during your lease, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
When do I own it?
You own your PC after completing your 18-month lease agreement. You can also buy it out early at any time - just contact us for your current buyout price. Many states offer a 90-day same-as-cash option where you can pay the original cash price within the first 90 days.
What if I want to cancel?
You can return your PC at any time with no penalty. Just contact our support team to arrange the return. You're only responsible for payments up to the return date.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your PC, return it within 15 days for a full refund of any payments made.
Terms & Conditions
Ownership is optional. This is a rent-to-own/lease-to-own/lease purchase transaction. You do not own the equipment until all payments are made or you exercise your early purchase option. NY and CA have a 3-month same-as-cash buyout option. All other states have a 90-day same-as-cash buyout. If you buy out during your same-as-cash period, the total you pay (rental plus buyout price) will equal the cash price (plus tax and applicable fees). You can exercise your right to buy out your agreement at any time. A portion of each payment goes toward reducing your buyout price.
