Technical Support & Repair Guidelines
We stand behind the equipment that we lease. If something does go wrong then you can sleep easy knowing that we are 100% committed to making it right. Here is a summary of what your lease with No Compromise Gaming entitles you to. If there is a problem with your equipment it is our responsibility to get it repaired for you - whether it is under a warranty repair or not. Keep in mind that neither a manufacturers warranty or our included rental repair services cover scenarios where you cause damage to the unit (think: drops, spills, etc).
If you are experiencing an issue with your equipment the first thing you need to do is give us a call. Our support staff are trained to assist you in troubleshooting and resolving any issue that you might encounter. Often times issues that appear to be serious can often be fixed over the phone. If the issue that you are experiencing requires service to repair, we will work with you to arrange a warranty repair with us or the manufacturer of your equipment. We will pay for shipping both ways, so you never have to worry about having to pay money to fix something that should already be working!
If the equipment that you are currently leasing from us requires a repair and is no longer under warranty - you're still covered! One of the great things about leasing with us is that your rental payments include out of warranty repairs. Dont worry about having to shell out hundreds of dollars to a computer shop to get you up and running. Give us a call and we will take care of it!
